01

BARCELONA

Arrive in Barcelona and get transfer to your luxury hotel for check-in.

Afternoon is free to explore Barcelona on your own.

In the evening, enjoy delicious dinner at a Michelin starred restaurant in the centre of the town of Barcelona.

BARCELONA

After breakfast, meet with our local English-speaking professional chef and discover the famous Boqueria food market. You will be amazed with the variety and quality of the local foods, and will pick together with your chef seasonal ingredients for your private hands-on cooking class. Today you will prepare a full lunch, including Mediterranean classics such as bread with tomato, Olive oil and ham, esqueixada, tortilla de patata, fideuà or paella, according to your taste. After lunch, enjoy a free afternoon and dinner on your own.

03

SAN SEBASTIAN

After breakfast, checkout and get transfer to San Sebastián and en-route stop in the city of Zaragoza for lunch, located in the bank of Ebro River and also is one of the great monumental towns in Spain.

 

Had lunch in a restaurant overlooking the river and after that continue your journey to San Sebastián hotel.

SAN SEBASTIAN

Start the day with a guided visit to La Brecha food market, the colorful vegetables from the Caseríos and the fresh seafood from the nearby fishing villages will definitely open your appetite! Join in a culinary tradition unique to the Basque Country: you’ll be welcomed to cook at a members-only Gastronomic Societies. You will learn about these ancient institutions while cooking traditional Basque recipes with the help of the cook of this Society. Then sit down with some fine Spanish wine and enjoy the dishes prepared as lunch.

BILBAO

After breakfast, you’ll be moving on to Bilbao, home of the spectacular Guggenheim Museum and get check-in to your hotel.

 

After short rest, meet by our local guide for a walking tour of the city and visit La Ribera, the largest indoor food market in Europe, showcasing the best of local produce, including codfish, and an astonishing selection of meats. Top off your visit with a Pintxos tasting menu with a modern twist at a specialized restaurant, a different way of enjoying these irresistible little bites.

MADRID

After breakfast, check-out and get transfer to Bilbao with a stop in La Rioja for a wine tasting. Visit to one of the oldest Rioja wineries, built over ancient cellars from the 16th and 17th Centuries. A guided stroll around the family-run winery will be followed by a tutored tasting of some of the legendary Rioja wines, right where they come from.

 

 

After the visit, get comfortable at the cozy dining room of the winery and enjoy a delicious lunch, featuring mouth-watering Riojan classics such as Riojan-style potato stew with chorizo or lamb chops grilled with vine wood, matched with only the finest of wines.

MADRID

Breakfast at the hotel and proceed for private city tour and cover Royal Palace, Bernabéu Stadium, State Rooms, Charles III’s Chambers, Museums, the Royal Chapel and the Chambers of Isabel II. You will also discover the boulevards of contemporary Madrid – the Gran Via, the Paseo de la Castellana, the Salamanca quarter, the Plaza de Castilla and the Parque del Oeste etc. After tour, enjoy delicious Tapas lunch in a local tavern.

 

In the evening, enjoy Flamenco Show with dinner.
